LifeStriders Announces Annual Derby Days Celebration
LifeStriders, a local non-profit organization that provides nature-based and equine-assisted therapy to individuals with physical, emotional, and cognitive disabilities, is pleased to announce its Annual Derby Days Celebration. The event is open to the public and will take place on Saturday June 24th at LifeStriders S11W29667 Summit Avenue, Waukesha, WI from 10:30 to 3:30. 

The LifeStriders Derby Days fundraiser is a much-anticipated event that brings together the community, clients, their families, supporters, and volunteers to celebrate the life strides their clients and families have made through the therapies at LifeStriders. The day will feature a Triple Crown Team Building Race, delicious food, and a 50/50 raffle with a variety of family friendly games and activities all held on the beautiful 23-acre campus.

All proceeds from the event will directly support LifeStriders' integrative programs, which provide life-changing experiences for individuals of all ages who are facing physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges. Through nature-based and equine assisted therapies, participants develop strength, confidence, and self-awareness while also building meaningful connections with the horses and other members of the LifeStriders community.
