Course Curriculum:

How can we give ourselves a resilient edge to thrive during this difficult time.  How do we make ourselves stronger, and how do we establish the emotional fitness that we need right now?  I’ll answer these questions for you, and many more, in this course on building resilience in the era of COVID.

My successes working with low-income inner-city families struggling to make ends meet, families managing all types of special needs at our LifeStriders therapeutics center, and high earning executives to balance their life and goals have all helped me craft this model for resilience that everyone can benefit from, and this course will give you the foundation and practical strategies and techniques to apply, and succeed with it in your own life.
