Thank you for your purchase and support of LifeStriders 4th annual Boots & Bling Fundraising Gala and Barn Dance.
You will NOT be mailed a ticket for the event, but reservations have been made in your name. Upon arrival check in at the welcome table to receive your packet of materials for the evening. Please be sure to fill out the form below to provide LifeStriders with the names of each guest that will be attending with you. This will help to stream line your check in process.
